Long Term Care

Care for people no longer capable of living independently in the community.

Brain Injury & Stroke

For adults with neurological impairments due to cerebral vascular accidents (CVAs) or Acquired Brain Injury (ABI).

Palliative Care

Our Palliative Care area is designated for the care of people with life-limiting illnesses who require symptom management that cannot be provided at home.

Alzheimers Centre of Excellence (ACE)

We offer a personal care home setting with secured exits to ensure the safety of people who may wander.

A comprehensive Day Hospital Program and specialized outpatient clinics.
