December 23, 2021 COVID-19 Update
23 December 2021Dear Residents/Patients/Families,
Update:
We continue to have an RSV outbreak on CD4 on our Personal Care Home side. Because we continue to have new cases of symptomatic residents, with two new residents confirmed positive today, Designated Family Caregiver visits are being stopped through Wednesday, December 29, at minimum on this unit. This is in an effort to prevent further spread of this highly contagious respiratory virus, which poses a significant health threat in the elderly.
We recognize how disappointing and distressing this is for many of our residents and their families. We are doing our best to manage the spread of this virus so we can reunite our residents with their loved ones as soon as possible. We appreciate your support and understanding at this difficult time.
